I am probably the only Nikita fan feeling critical of “Wrath” right now.

Not enough Alex tonight. this is very disappoint

But hot damn, Shane West brought it. Reminded me a bit of tender Landon Carter.

Kudos to Maggie Q for her acting skillz, and Aaron Stanford was his usual, charming self.

After every episode, I grow to like Sean Pierce a little more as a character on the show.

But… the whole thing was somewhat of a yawn for me. I love “Nikita” mostly because of the unpredictable plot turns, the badassery of the female leads and the brilliant scheming. “Wrath” was packed with way too much emotion. Sean Pierce must deal with the loss of his beloved mother while Nikita almost collapses from an explosive emergence of self-loathing. Consequently, there is a quick fallout between Michael and Nikita. Too much. Too much. Just wayy too many emotional struggles going on. Of course, Nikita’s issues are resolved with an extravagant Mikita scene. And “Wrath” concludes with all that romance and shit. 

Overall, this came off as a filler episode. 

I know the writers can do much better.
